CNC Code Compatibility

• SL will generate machine code suitable for many machines
• Multiple machine setups can be predefined
• Unique machine and tool start & stop commands can be entered for each machine or tool
• Special user defined codes can automatically be inserted "in between sheets" for extra machine control commands

• SL generates code in a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) format.
• The diagram to the left shows the tool path and cutter diameter in dark blue.
•  Straight line movements are calculated for straight edges or bevel cuts
•  Circularly interpolated arcs are calculated for the corner radius
• Tool path offsets are automatically compensated for the tool diameter.
