Productivity Systems LLC has distributed Sheet Layout^© and prior versions its’ software for almost 25 years under the very popular Shareware distribution concept.  The term shareware, refers to proprietary software that is provided to users without any payment on a trial basis.

The purpose of shareware is to give buyers the opportunity to use the program, usually on a limited time or restricted feature basis, and judge its usefulness before purchasing a license for the software.  Shareware is commonly available via a free download.

The term shareware is used in contrast to retail software, which normally refers to commercial software available only with the purchase of a license directly from the software provider or through a third party distribution channel.  Often, Shareware is available at a steep discount in comparison to equivalent retail software because of the very low cost Shareware distribution model.

As Shareware, Productivity Systems LLC does not offer a refund policy for the product purchase.  Productivity Systems LLC encourages all customers to download and thoroughly test the software and verify that the product meets their requirements before registration, or purchase of the product. When you register you will be provide with the activation code and have complete access to your registered product.

No Penalty Upgrade

Productivity Systems LLC offers a no penalty upgrade for our customers.  That is, you can register a modestly priced version of our product and if you later decide to upgrade to a version with additional features, you can do so for only the price difference between the version you own and the version you wish to upgrade to.
