guidelines of the Shareware distribution concept. Sheet Layout©

Warranty: Shareware is sometimes
called "User Supported" or "Try Before You Buy" software. Shareware is
not a particular kind of software, it's a way of marketing software.
Users are permitted to try the software on their own computer system
without any cost or obligation. Productivity Software offers an
Evaluation version of the Sheet Layout© for this purpose. Most
features are available for evaluation with the main restriction is that
the output is limited to 1 sheet of material. The Evaluation
version has no time limit associated with it's use thus providing an
unlimited user time period for the complete and thorough evaluation of the product.
Only after you verify that Sheet Layout© completely
meets all your requirements should you register Sheet Layout©
software. If you have questions about Sheet Layout's©
performance, then it is up to you to contact Productivity Software to
resolve those questions in advance.
Productivity Software has chosen to
provide expanded capacities for Sheet Layout© for registered users. All
versions of Sheet Layout© , Hobbyist, Small Shop, Small Shop Plus,
Commercial, and CNC Commercial all have identical core features. Larger
versions also come with increased the job capacities and in some cases
additional specific
features detailed on the Product page. See the Products page on this
web site for more information.
It is your responsibility to verify that
Sheet Layout© operates properly on your computer, with your printer,
other installed software on your system, and with any third party
equipment or devices that may be used with the Sheet Layout©
software or it's product. Productivity Software and it's assigns
do not warrant the product for any particular purpose, use, or
application of the software. Productivity Software and it's
assigns do not claim the product to be error free and do not assume
responsibilities for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the
installation of the software and/or the use of the software directly or
indirectly, including but not limited to, the loss of time, direct and
indirect materials, equipment damage, or any other compensatory damages
and will be held harmless. Any output or product from Sheet Layout©
should be verified for accuracy prior to it use in any manner or for any
purpose. Sheet Layout© has been developed using top
rate compilers, development support products, and installation software,
to order to provide you a quality product and a very low investment
threshold.
Shareware: Because the Shareware
distribution concept enables you to "Try before you buy" no warranty is
offered for Sheet Layout© . Use the evaluation version for an unlimited
time period until you are completely convinced that Sheet Layout©
software meets all your end use
requirements. Productivity software and it's assigns will be held
harmless by registered parties for any use, intended or otherwise, of
Sheet Layout. The registration fee is NOT refundable. Productivity Software offers a "no penalty"
upgrade policy in that you only are charged for the
difference in registration prices between versions when you upgrade, not
the full registration price.
